What Birthday Party Options does Kinderland offer?
Every Kinderland celebration begins with a rental of one of our two private party rooms, along with full access to our playful environment. From there, families can customize their experience with a variety of add-ons—such as our exclusive Kinderland-style decorations, colorful and full of joy—designed to bring your celebration to life the Kinderland way.
What is included in the Party Room Rental?
The Party Room Rental gives you two hours in one of our private birthday party rooms and 30 minutes set-up time. It’s the perfect way to celebrate—kids can explore, move and play while caregivers relax and enjoy the moment together.
What is included in the Exclusive Facility Rental?
The Exclusive Facility Rental gives you private use of the entire Kinderland space—including both party rooms (which can be connected to one big room) and the complete play area—for two hours plus 30 minutes set-up time. The package also comes with our barista coffee service for you and your guests, making it a perfect choice for larger celebrations, school events or any occasion where you want the whole place just for your group.
How long does a Birthday Party last?
Parties are 2 hours long, with an additional 30-minute setup time before the event.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food and cake. We encourage guests to be mindful of any allergies among attendees.
Can we choose a theme for the party?
Kinderland offers an exclusive birthday décor add-on—colorful, modern and full of character. Designed in the vibrant Kinderland spirit, it brings bold, festive details to your celebration. Our decorations are thoughtfully curated with sustainability in mind and made from compostable materials, creating a joyful look that’s also eco-friendly. Families are welcome to bring their own themed decorations if they’d like to add a personal touch.
Do you offer food and drinks?
For tasty options, guests are welcome to explore our Premium Snack Menu available at the café counter. It’s the perfect way to treat your guests to something extra special! Or simply choose from the add ons when you book your birthday party.
Do we get the whole facility when we rent a party room?
Party room rentals include one of our two private party rooms along with full access to Kinderland’s play environment. During these rentals, walk-in guests may also be enjoying the play space. If you’d like Kinderland all to yourself, our Exclusive Facility Rental gives you private use of the entire space—including both party rooms and the full play area.
Are there decoration restrictions?
Just a few! Refer to your party contract for full details, but here’s a quick overview:
· No adhesives on painted walls (non-painted surfaces are fine)
· No hanging piñatas, but pull-string piñatas are allowed if someone holds them
· No rearranging furniture or existing wall decor
How do I book a birthday party?
Booking your party is easy through our online booking system—just visit our website to choose your date and time. Prefer to chat? You can also reach out by email or stop by Kinderland in person. We recommend booking early, as party spots tend to fill up fast!
Do you offer weekday parties at a lower rate?
Yes! Weekday parties are a wonderful option for a more relaxed celebration—and they come with a lower rate compared to weekends. It’s a great way to celebrate while keeping things cozy and budget-friendly. Availability may vary, so be sure to check our booking system for open spots!
Can adults stay during the party?
A caregiver is required to stay with each child throughout the event—children must be accompanied at all times. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we welcome at least one caregiver per child during the party.
Can I extend the party time?
If the celebration is going strong and you’d love a little more time, we may be able to extend your party by an hour—depending on availability. Just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Can I make changes to my party details as the date gets closer?
Absolutely. At this time, your booking is simply your placeholder for your desired party slot. You can make changes to details like the number of guests or any add-ons up to 5 days prior to your party. We’ll get in touch with you 10 days before the big day to remind you about all the important details and help you finalize everything.
When can I arrive for setup?
You’re welcome to arrive 30 minutes before your party starts. A Kinderland party assistant will be there to help you get everything ready!
Is there a deposit required?
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible. We offer flexible rescheduling options based on availability and refunds may be subject to a cancellation fee.
When do I pay my balance?
You can pay your balance before you leave on party day. We accept cash or credit cards—no personal checks, please. Tipping is optional and can be done via cash or card.
